Operational coverage targeted the bank's U.S. recruiting operations and centralized recruiting activities for a 515 employee financial services organization.
Governance established centralized recruiting ownership within HR, with workflow rules and approval chains implemented in ADP Workforce Now Recruitment to enforce process controls. The migration from Oracle Taleo Cloud Service to ADP Workforce Now Recruitment focused on consolidating applicant data and routing career site traffic into the new ATS.

The Alabama based bank with more than $1.2 billion in assets selected Jack Henry Banking SilverLake after a year long evaluation, positioning Jack Henry Banking SilverLake as its Core Banking platform for central processing and operational consolidation.
The implementation emphasized core transaction processing, business process automation, and customer and business data management, with the bank indicating it would deploy the vast majority of Jack Henry Banking complementary solutions. Configuration work focused on enterprise level core processing workflows, data consolidation for account servicing, transaction posting, and automation of routine operational tasks consistent with Core Banking expectations.
Operationally the solution was delivered through Jack Henry Banking's outsourced offering, placing production processing and support under the vendor's managed services model while integrating complementary Jack Henry products into the bank's front to back operations. The program included vendor provided support tools and resources, and was framed as an enterprise wide rollout across the bank's operating footprint rather than a point solution.
Governance and rollout incorporated production proven change management, initial and ongoing education, dedicated account managers, product specific focus groups, and users meetings as part of the support and adoption model. Bank leadership stated the intent that the SilverLake deployment would help provide customers with a more efficient banking experience and enable delivery of cutting edge services, reflecting the bank's strategic expectation for the Core Banking implementation.
