Staff activities documented in the environment include extracting consumer and commercial loan data, creating and editing customer profiles in Precision Graphical, scanning and indexing documents in Precision Graphical Director to customer loan profiles, and constructing financial statements and loan grade sheets for credit assessment.
Document imaging and indexation were operationalized through Precision Graphical and Precision Graphical Director, which were used to attach scanned documents directly to loan profiles within the Precision environment. Credit analysis workflows were executed by staff running and analyzing consumer credit reports and transcribing loan data into the system, indicating integration of imaging and recordkeeping with lending operations and customer communication workflows.
Governance and process controls were centered on lending committee and audit practices, with system records used to support Loan Committee minutes and monthly OLC meetings, and staff handling of confidential customer information documented as part of operational practice.
