Sapiens International Legacy Sapiens CoreSuite for Property & Casualty Insurance ERP ERP Services and Operations n/a 2025 2025
In 2025, Bankers Insurance selected Sapiens CoreSuite for Property & Casualty as its Insurance ERP to modernize its technology stack and support expansion into new states and additional product lines. The initial implementation scope targets builder's risk and business owner’s policy, with a phased program planned to introduce subsequent product launches. Sapiens CoreSuite for Property & Casualty is being provisioned as a cloud-native SaaS platform, deploying core modules for policy administration, billing, and claims along with embedded capabilities for automated decisioning, reinsurance processing, data and analytics, and digital applications. Configuration emphasis is on underwriting workflows for builder's risk and BOP, rating and billing engines, and claims intake automation, aligned to Insurance ERP functional workflows. The architecture is described as an integrated end-to-end suite intended to reduce manual handoffs and enable faster product configuration and release cycles. Operational coverage begins with specialty commercial lines, underwriting, product management, billing, claims, and distribution partners, with a rollout approach that phases product and capability activation. Governance and process changes are organized to enable internal users and trading partners, centralize policy lifecycle configuration, and standardize workflow automation for future scale. The implementation is positioned to accelerate time-to-market, reduce manual processing, and improve service levels while providing ongoing access to insurtech ecosystems for future innovation.
