QuickBooks Online was provisioned to support recurring transactions and automated bank feeds aligned with the companys existing cash management procedures, and financial data structures were organized to support month end close and regulatory reporting needs.
Operational support was delivered alongside a broad IT infrastructure footprint. BankOnIT maintained on-site support and 24/7 on call escalation for multi state locations, while server and network teams managed domain controllers, SQL servers, Exchange mailboxes, firewall and VPN access used by finance and IT users. The technical environment included support experience with external financial vendor applications such as Fiserv, Shazam and Jack Henry, which coexisted in the operating environment and were covered by the same support and troubleshooting workflows.
Governance and rollout emphasized procedural controls for user provisioning and permissions, leveraging Active Directory account management and Exchange mailbox workflows to enforce role based access and segregation of duties in the accounting function.
