Barnwood implemented RedSky's payroll and accounting modules to digitise payslips and cost reporting, configuring encrypted electronic payslip distribution and real time cost reports generated from payroll runs. Configuration emphasized secure payslip encryption and automated emailing of payslips, alongside payroll cost capture that feeds project and site level cost reporting.
The rollout covered UK operations, with encrypted payslips emailed to roughly 70 percent of employees according to the vendor case study, and operational ownership divided between payroll, HR and finance teams. The implementation supported reductions in printing and postage and lowered administrative time for payslip distribution as reported in the case study.
