Governance and process changes formalized safety and compliance controls for FDA and OSHA related food manufacturing requirements, GMPs, sanitation, and HACCP rules, and introduced continuous improvement and training practices to make teams more self-directed. Oversight responsibilities included enforcing company standards for safety, quality, productivity, and maintenance, and embedding production scheduling and inventory planning into routine operational governance. The deployment of Infor Adage supported operational objectives including maintaining a safe and cost effective work environment and facilitating on-time deliveries to customers, while enabling integrated manufacturing accounting and forecasting practices. The system’s role in coordinating scheduling, material staging, and production metrics anchored plant-level execution and cross-functional process control.
