The implementation program followed formal lifecycle stages including Initiation, Analysis Blueprint As-Is, Design and Construction, Unit Testing, Parallel Testing, Go Live, and Post Implementation Phase. Configuration work focused on core payroll processing and human resources record management, with standard Payroll capabilities modeled and validated during unit and parallel testing cycles. Operational delivery transitioned to ongoing ADAM Services through a Help-Desk and Data Center service desk once implementation concluded. Project governance and delivery used a SCRUM JIRA work model to coordinate cross-country releases and to manage testing, cutover activities, and post go live support for payroll and HR business functions.
