Operational ownership was concentrated in marketing and communications, with workflows for escalation and reporting established during the nine month program. Outcome reporting recorded a net sentiment of 93.7% after nine months and the combined Hootsuite and Talkwalker monitoring enabled timely correction of misinformation during the rebrand.
