In 2012, Belkin International implemented Oracle e-Business Suite Accounts Payable as part of an AP Automation initiative. The deployment supported a 1200-employee U.S. manufacturing organization with global operations, and it aligned with prior projects to establish an Australia set of books for a new operating unit and legal entity.
The implementation configured Oracle e-Business Suite Accounts Payable capabilities including vendor master data conversion, invoice processing, and Procure to Pay controls. Work leveraged Oracle E-Business Suite Applications 11.5.10 components and included data mapping and conversion for Vendors, Items, Item cost and related financial attributes to enable AP transaction processing within the suite.
Oracle e-Business Suite Accounts Payable was integrated into end-to-end Procure to Pay flows with Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, Order Management and General Ledger modules to ensure transactional continuity between procurement and payables. The scope included establishing responsibilities and financial options across AP, PO, INV and OM for the new Australia operation and configuring defaulting rules to support consistent document processing.
Governance and controls were enforced through responsibility setup and workflow constructs, and the project included end-to-end testing of Order to Cash and Procure to Pay cycles which explicitly covered Accounts Payable transaction validation. The implementation emphasized invoice and vendor data quality, workflow-based holds and processing constraints to support AP Automation and procurement finance controls.

| Workday | Legacy | Workday HCM | Core HR | HCM | n/a | 2014 | 2014 |
In 2014 Belkin International implemented Workday HCM as its Core HR platform, establishing a global Workday HRIS footprint managed by the People Technology organization. The deployment positioned Workday HCM as the central system of record for employee data, HR processes, and workforce administration across Belkin’s HR and People Technology functions.
Configuration work included Core HCM, Absence, Talent, Benefits, Expenses, Core and Advanced Compensation, Time Tracking, and Recruiting, with scheduled and ad hoc reporting capabilities maintained by internal HRIS staff. Belkin configured and launched Workday Recruiting globally via Workday's Jump Start Program and explicitly executed that rollout without using an implementation partner, while administering annual US benefits open enrollment configurations and updates.
The implementation was operated as a cloud SaaS Workday HCM instance and was administered internally, with responsibilities covering system configuration, report writer maintenance, calculated fields, and configurable security. Time tracking and expense modules were integrated into the global HRIS management scope, supporting operational HR workflows and payroll adjacencies managed by Belkin’s HRIS team.
Governance and operational ownership rested with Belkin’s People Technology HRIS roles, including HRIS Manager and Senior HRIS Analyst level administration, and internal accreditation was established through Workday Pro credentials for HCM and Recruiting. Process governance included business process fundamentals, configurable security fundamentals, and ongoing training and community engagement, exemplified by co-adminship in a regional Workday user group and internal speaking at Workday Rising.
Operational coverage remains global for core HR, talent, recruiting, benefits, compensation, time tracking, expenses, and reporting, with internal teams sustaining configuration, reporting requests, and annual enrollment cycles. Workday HCM continues to be the primary Core HR application supporting Belkin International’s HR and People Technology functions.
