Microsoft Dynamics NAV was configured to support barcode capture for WIP movements, lot level identification for FG, and production order processing aligned to continuous manufacturing runs, while the ERP configuration incorporated ongoing modifications and testing cycles. An ERP Manager provided daily support and led a focus team of three to deliver the production order module, and facilitated the development, testing and training of all new modifications. Governance centered on structured testing and training for each change, and over 100 system changes were implemented during the program to refine operational workflows and sustain 24 hour production coverage.
