Operational coverage was Japan based and focused on back-office payroll and HR administration, with the platform impacting payroll, HR operations, finance and expense management functions. Reported outcomes included reducing payroll-related processing time to about one-third, elimination of thousands of pages of paperwork, approximately 4,400 hours of annual back-office time savings and roughly ¥7.65M in combined personnel and paper and postage cost reductions.
