Jinjer Legacy Jinjer Payroll Payroll HCM n/a 2024 2024
In 2024, Belluna Japan implemented Jinjer Payroll as part of a consolidated Jinjer deployment across HR, attendance, payroll, expenses and workflow, driving a centralized people data store and automated payroll processing in Japan. The deployment used Jinjer Payroll in the Payroll category to unify payroll calculation and execution with attendance and expense workflows. The implementation encompassed HR, attendance, payroll, expense reimbursement and workflow modules within the Jinjer suite, configured to centralize employee master data, standardize time and attendance feeds, and automate payroll runs and approval flows. Jinjer Payroll was used to orchestrate payroll processing logic and link expense and workflow approvals to payroll posting, reducing manual handoffs and paperwork. Operational coverage was Japan based and focused on back-office payroll and HR administration, with the platform impacting payroll, HR operations, finance and expense management functions. Reported outcomes included reducing payroll-related processing time to about one-third, elimination of thousands of pages of paperwork, approximately 4,400 hours of annual back-office time savings and roughly ¥7.65M in combined personnel and paper and postage cost reductions. Governance shifted to a centralized data and workflow model, with digital approvals and records replacing paper processes and standardizing payroll input controls and reconciliation steps. Process automation and unified people data created a single operational control plane for payroll and related HR workflows.
