Governance and operationalization were executed by the internal consulting function acting as liaison to business stakeholders, providing second level support, training, and process documentation. The team enforced SAP best practices, aimed to minimize customizations, managed unit and regression testing across environments, handled job monitoring and performance tuning, and maintained data consistency through structured uploads and reconciliation processes.
