Project governance was centralized under the IT Admin Project Leader who coordinated meet ups and decision sessions with campus PICs, maintained phase gates and produced detailed implementation status reports. The implementation included phase level cost reporting and required resource planning, with the project leader arranging, guiding and positioning staff to meet each campus phase requirement.
