On-site training and branch support occurred in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia in January 2015, Charlotte NC, United States in February 2016, Ermensee LU, Switzerland in June 2017, Alzate Brianza CO, Italy in July 2017, Lohne, Germany in November 2017, Dongguan, China in January, March and April 2018, Sydney, Australia in September 2018 and April 2019, and Lyon, France in November 2018. Governance and rollout emphasized branch-level enablement and process standardization, with dedicated support and on-site training to embed Oracle E-Business Suite driven purchase and repair workflows. The program combined system configuration with process review to align inventory governance and reorder point practices across manufacturing, procurement, and repair operations.
