Governance and workflow restructuring was delivered by implementation partner DynApps, centralizing leave requests and approvals and consolidating holiday and working hours data into one system. That centralization eliminated multiple input sources and established a single source of truth used to construct team schedules and rotations. Documented outcomes included improved data quality and a reduction in wrong entries, Koen Haveneers Chemical Database Engineer stated that central management of data by Odoo improved data quality and reduced the chance of wrong entries. The Odoo Timesheet deployment met BIGs Time and Attendance and project hour tracking needs while standardizing templates and consolidating HR and project workflows.
