TIBCO Jaspersoft was configured to support templated reports and ad hoc analysis, enabling product teams to surface answers to operational problems and present a holistic view of collected information.
Operationally the solution consumed IoT and IoA data sources and blended those feeds into customer-facing reporting modules, extending Bigmate's product portfolio into analytics offerings. The system was positioned as a core reporting layer within customer engagements, supporting sales and service functions by packaging sensor insights into repeatable deliverables.
Governance emphasized using the TIBCO Jaspersoft reporting layer to standardize how sensor data is presented to customers and to scale deliverables across engagements.
