In 2022, Bitkub Exchange implemented Devo Security Data Platform as an Incident Management deployment to modernize its security operations center at the Thailand-based digital exchange. The deployment targeted the SOC business function, aligning a cloud-native platform and advanced security analytics with the operational needs of a high-risk financial trading environment.
The implementation emphasized pre-built use cases and alert management capabilities within Devo Security Data Platform, enabling structured threat detection workflows and automated alerting. Configuration focused on real-time monitoring, centralized log and telemetry ingestion, and analytics-driven detection rules to accelerate investigation and decision cycles.
Devo Security Data Platform was integrated into Bitkub Exchange environment with seamless alert delivery to SOC workflows, supporting continuous monitoring across exchange infrastructure and trading telemetry. The cloud-native architecture provided capacity to scale with the companys growth, and operational coverage concentrated on the SOC team responsible for incident triage and response for the exchange platform.
Governance changes included formalizing use case-driven alerting and embedding Devo alert management into SOC processes to reduce manual steps and improve situational awareness. As a result the implementation enhanced threat detection with real-time monitoring and enabled the SOC to make faster decisions and proactively defend Bitkub Exchange data, consistent with the cited benefits of the deployment.
