In 2020 Blair Japan implemented AnyMind AnyShop, deploying the AnyMind AnyShop solution in the Apps Category to launch a direct to consumer cosmetics storefront for the Japanese market. The engagement was led by AnyMind Group and used AnyShop together with AnyFactory to provision e-commerce infrastructure, store design, and post-sale logistics support for the brand Blair, operated under influencer Futeko.
The implementation used AnyMind AnyShop modules for the e-commerce storefront and store operations, including storefront configuration, product catalog management, checkout and order capture workflows, and store operations tooling to manage listings and content. Store design and storefront theming were delivered through AnyShop configuration and template usage, while order handling and post-sale logistics processes were instrumented within the store operations module to enable end-to-end D2C commerce.
Operational coverage focused on the Japan market with business functions impacted including e-commerce merchandising, order management, and fulfillment orchestration. The AnyShop deployment was integrated with AnyFactory for backend commerce enablement and logistics coordination, producing a functioning official online store and end-to-end D2C enablement for Blair as described in the case study.
