Operational coverage extended across the accounts team, finance leadership, partners and business development, with Exchequer Accounting serving as the authoritative source for pricing input used in tenders and client billing. Governance responsibilities included direct line management of accounts managers, administrative ownership of Exchequer Accounting system settings, lock up monitoring and producing role based management information. Blake Morgan Exchequer Accounting ERP Financial supported core finance, management reporting, pricing and client billing business functions through centralized configuration, close discipline and cross functional coordination.
