| Microsoft | Unit4 Business World | Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018 Blokker migrated from Unit4 Business World to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, positioning Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as the core ERP Financial application to support procurement, supplier portal workflows and master data management. The initiative included formalizing functional and technical requirements for the new ERP and for a Supplier Portal, aligning application scope with commercial and supplier facing business functions.
As product owner for the MDM system, responsibilities included maintenance of the MDM backlog containing bugs, service requests and change requests, and creation of an MDM Road Map. The team documented the entire MDM landscape at both functional and technical levels, and set up lifecycle management processes that span data onboarding, change control and decommissioning of redundant data and process steps.
Architectural design work focused on process flows between MDM and surrounding systems, and on simplifying the MDM landscape by removing redundant data and redundant process steps. Requirements capture explicitly covered integration points for the Supplier Portal and interactions with Mirakl as part of lifecycle management, indicating operational coverage across supplier management and marketplace orchestration.
Governance and delivery practices were restructured, the new Scrum process was introduced using Jira, and data governance for MDM was established within Blokker. The program emphasized documented functional and technical requirements, lifecycle controls with Mirakl, and an execution backlog to drive ongoing fixes and change requests for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP Financial deployment.

In 2023, Blokker deployed Recrubo AI Recruitment to centralize retail hiring workflows in the Netherlands, using the Recruiting application to standardize candidate intake across stores. The deployment exposed the Recrubo app to store level hiring teams, enabling candidates to apply via WhatsApp and to schedule in store interviews through embedded calendar scheduling.
Recrubo AI Recruitment implemented automated pre screening and calendar scheduling capabilities, providing pre screening workflows that shortlist candidates ahead of store manager review and an appointment booking surface for in store interviews. Integrations included WhatsApp as the candidate intake channel and the Recrubo app as the scheduling and screening surface for Blokker stores, with operational coverage focused on HR and store operations across the Netherlands. The rollout centralized routine screening and interview coordination, changing recruiter and store manager workflows and reducing time to hire and cost per hire while allowing store managers to focus on operations.
