In 2023 Blu Ocean implemented TeamSystem HR as its Core HR application. The implementation established a centralized TeamSystem HR portal to consolidate attendance capture, personnel records, and payroll intake for the company’s consumer packaged goods operations in Italy.
TeamSystem HR was configured to support attendance collection and document management through the TeamSystem HR portal, and payroll processing workflows were orchestrated using TS Paghe. Functional capabilities implemented include attendance import, payroll run configuration with cost center and job assignment mappings, payslip generation, collection of monthly employee cost data, holiday and ROL permit tracking, and preparation of F24 and UNIEMENS submissions.
The deployment integrated explicitly with TS Paghe for payroll execution and with GAMMA ENTERPRISE and ALIANTE for general and analytical accounting exchanges, using XML file exports to capture sums to be paid to employees and to social security and financial institutions. Operational scope encompassed HR and accounting teams, with documented activity tied to the Casteldaccia site, and included automated handoffs from portal attendance records into payroll processing and accounting imports.
Governance and operational workflows centralized payroll ownership in the accounting function, with a repeatable process of collecting attendance and supporting documents from the TeamSystem HR portal, importing them into TS Paghe, producing individual pay slips, exporting payslip data for accounting, sending payslips to employees, and submitting required XML files and UNIEMENS filings. TeamSystem HR is the core system of record for these HR and payroll processes, supporting end to end payroll orchestration and personnel cost accounting.
