Operational coverage extended to vendor and staffing partner management, reflecting NASCO's world wide relationships with Tier I and Tier II staffing partners and consulting vendors, and touching finance, procurement, HR, and security processes within the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Missouri engagement. Governance was formalized through contract compliance audits and business process engineering and reengineering efforts, creating standardized onboarding and off boarding procedures and security access management controls. Ongoing administration and reporting responsibilities were organized under the Business Operations Management lead, who also managed budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting tied to NASCO Processing System operations.
