Aadhar Housing Finance | Banking and Financial Services | 2769 | $208M | India | Workline | Workline | Core HR | 2020 | n/a |
In 2020, Aadhar Housing Finance implemented Workline as its Core HR application. The deployment introduced Workline to manage Human Resources administration within an organization that had minimal prior technology usage, while accounting records continued to be maintained in Tally ERP-9. Workline provided a centralized platform consistent with Core HR capabilities to consolidate employee master data, attendance and leave tracking, and payroll-related record keeping for HR operations. The initiative was positioned to standardize HR and payroll workflows across the company’s Human Resources function.
Configuration of Workline emphasized standard Core HR modules including employee records management, leave management, time and attendance capture, and statutory compliance workflows common to Indian financial services employers. The implementation scope covered central HR operationalization rather than extensions into unspecified enterprise systems, integrations were not detailed in source information. Governance changes centered on moving paper and disparate personnel files into a unified HR information system and formalizing HR processes and approvals. Workline therefore served as the foundational Core HR system for Aadhar Housing Finance’s Human Resources administration.

Bandhan Bank | Banking and Financial Services | 69702 | $1.4B | India | Workline | Workline | Core HR | 2020 | n/a |
Bandhan Bank in 2020 deployed Workline as its Core HR application to replace a legacy HR system, adopting the platform for enterprise-wide HR operations across its ~69,702 staff and multiple regional centers including Mumbai, Nagpur, Ahmedabad, Aurangabad and Surat. The implementation centers on recruitment and onboarding workflows and the employee lifecycle rather than point HR utilities, with Workline used to create manpower requisition forms (MRFs), generate employee IDs with required documentation, and initiate confirmations and salary increment processes for frontline roles such as Relationship Officer–Banking Unit, Banking Unit Manager, Area Manager and SME division staff. Workline also handles internal mobility and transactional HR actions: initiation of transfers for role and location changes with follow-up, processing confirmations (notably within 12 months for Relationship Officers), and supporting rehire, ID activation, and leave and RA/FA change requests. Credit checks (CIBIL) and statutory onboarding tasks such as Form 5 (provident fund contribution) are recorded as part of the hiring and onboarding process managed alongside Workline, indicating the platform’s operational role across hiring, onboarding, internal transfers and core employee record management.

Truhome Finance | Banking and Financial Services | 4000 | $297M | India | Workline | Workline | Core HR | 2023 | n/a |

The implementation emphasized real time tracking and self service capabilities to standardize workflows for hiring, onboarding, time and absence management, performance cycles and learning administration.

Integrations are focused on end to end HR workflow consolidation within the single Workline platform rather than a fragmented toolset, improving handoffs between recruiting, people operations and learning teams.
Governance and process changes included automation of critical approvals and digitized employee self service, introduction of scorecard based review governance for performance cycles, and LMS governance to support continuous learning. In August 2024 Truhome also launched the Truhome Brandstore to digitize the merchandise experience, enabling employees to browse and purchase personalized company merchandise.
Truhome Finance reports that Workline has enhanced engagement and supported employee growth through a more connected, automated HR experience, while the integrated HRMS model has centralized HR functions across offer to learning workflows.
