These systems were part of the day to day operational landscape and were managed in parallel by IT staff who traveled weekly to branches to support integrations at the endpoint and branch level. Governance and process work focused on IT service management and continuity, including setup procedures to inventory all hardware and check items out to users in ServiceDesk, creation of the SharePoint intranet to centralize documentation, and participation in disaster recovery testing and build activities. Operational controls emphasized consistent user provisioning flows, hardware tracking, and DR participation rather than external implementation partner oversight.
