In 2012, BNP Paribas Cardif in Brazil implemented Intalio Nyxeia BPM, a Business Process Management solution, to centralize and automate HR workflows for recruitment, onboarding and internal role matching across its Brazil operations and into Latin America. The deployment targeted HR process standardization and faster approval cycles to support rapid workforce growth in the region.
The Intalio Nyxeia BPM implementation configured workflow orchestration, role-based approval routing, form-driven process intake and automated task assignment to operationalize recruitment intake, onboarding checklists and internal role matching processes. Configuration emphasized reusable process definitions and process monitoring to reduce manual handoffs and enforce approval gates.
The project was executed with Intalio Brazil and partner CEF and focused on HR and process automation capabilities, with operational ownership in regional HR and process teams in Brazil. The rollout concentrated on Brazil with extension into Latin America, centralizing process governance and operational controls for hiring and internal mobility.
Governance changes included centralized process ownership, standardized approval workflows and documented escalation paths to improve decision velocity, while training and phased rollout aligned HR teams to new automated approvals. The implementation improved approvals and agility for rapid workforce growth in Brazil and Latin America.
