The project was executed with Intalio Brazil and partner CEF and focused on HR and process automation capabilities, with operational ownership in regional HR and process teams in Brazil. The rollout concentrated on Brazil with extension into Latin America, centralizing process governance and operational controls for hiring and internal mobility. Governance changes included centralized process ownership, standardized approval workflows and documented escalation paths to improve decision velocity, while training and phased rollout aligned HR teams to new automated approvals. The implementation improved approvals and agility for rapid workforce growth in Brazil and Latin America.
