Operational governance and rollout were driven at the store management level, with the sales manager overseeing daily operations and training during January 2023 to June 2023, and taking responsibility for configuration of stock policies and ordering routines. Within 30 days of onboarding the system the team adjusted inventory levels to maintain appropriate stock while bringing balances under the floorplan, reflecting rapid operational adoption of VitalEdge IntelliDealer inventory and ordering modules. Training covered transactional workflows for sales, parts, service, and rental, and the record notes oversight of a concurrent CDK Intellidealer training effort led by the same manager, indicating practical cross-tool operational alignment at the dealership. The implementation emphasized centralized transactional control and procedural governance for inventory and sales processes across all three locations.
