Enfo will deliver the template solution and site rollout artifacts, aligning configuration and maintenance process workflows so sites can share and enforce best practices for inventory, resources and personnel. The engagement timeline in the source materials indicates the project began in January 2018 and was estimated to complete in October 2018, with the template intended for deployment to Boliden sites.
