In 2020 BOM BOM implemented BIPO Leave Management as its Absence and Leave Management solution. The deployment targeted the Singapore HR organization while supporting coordination across the company’s Singaporean, Korean and pan-Asian workforces, aligning leave policy configuration with Singapore statutory requirements and regional leave practices. The implementation centralized record keeping for leave and absence, integrated employee self service for leave requests and manager approvals, and provided configurability for statutory leave types and accrual rules. BIPO Leave Management was positioned to support HR tasks including onboarding, offboarding, attendance tracking and regular HR reporting. Configuration work included standard modules for leave types and entitlement rules, accrual and carryover settings, approval workflow definitions, manager dashboards and employee self service. Reporting capability was configured to export to Microsoft Excel to support periodic performance and budget analysis delivered to C Suite stakeholders, consistent with the HR team's reporting preference. Governance changes included updates to HR standard operating procedures, the employee handbook and record keeping processes to capture electronic leave records and ensure compliance with Singapore employment law and multi language communication needs for Chinese and Korean speaking staff. This deployment reflects BOM BOM BIPO Leave Management delivering Absence and Leave Management functionality into HR and talent management operations.
