In 2025, Bose implemented BrandLock on its public website bose.ca as an eCommerce platform. The deployment positions BrandLock as the primary storefront and catalog delivery layer for online product presentation and customer purchase flows.
BrandLock was configured to manage core eCommerce functional modules including product catalog management, storefront rendering and merchandising, checkout workflows and customer account management. Configuration work included responsive storefront templates, product feed schemas, pricing and promotion rule sets, and order capture endpoints. The implementation leverages BrandLock capabilities for content rich product pages and checkout orchestration.
Technically the solution is deployed at the web layer and serves as the site storefront, exposing standard APIs for frontend rendering and telemetry collection. Integration points are centered on the bose.ca web infrastructure, enabling site level commerce operations and instrumentation without naming backend systems. The implementation scope is focused on online sales channels and the customer facing website.
Operational governance is retained by Bose eCommerce and digital marketing teams who control catalog updates, promotion calendars and content publishing workflows. Rollout details were executed on the website with site level configuration and ongoing governance for product lifecycle and merchandising.
