Ehrhardt + Partner Legacy EPG ONE Workforce Management (WFM) Workforce Management HCM n/a 2023 2024
In 2023, Bossard Groups implemented EPG ONE Workforce Management (WFM) from Ehrhardt + Partner as a central component of its global BOOST programme. Bossard selected EPG ONE LFS/ISS to standardise and modernise warehouse operations across 40+ sites, with parallel go lives reported in locations such as Strasbourg and Johannesburg. The Workforce Management deployment for EPG ONE Workforce Management (WFM) was positioned to support demand oriented staffing and KPI standardisation across warehouse and supply chain operations. Functional focus included workforce planning and scheduling, labor forecasting, shift management and performance dashboards, reflecting standard Workforce Management capabilities used to align staffing with throughput and order profiles. Operational scope was global, targeting supply chain and warehouse operations across Bossard Groups sites, and execution used the BOOST programme to coordinate parallel site rollouts and standardized KPI definitions. The EPG ONE LFS/ISS backbone was described as the central platform for site level workflow orchestration and task management across material handling and order fulfillment functions. Governance and rollout were managed under the BOOST programme with coordinated parallel go lives and program level KPI governance, and the initiative received recognition in EPGs 2025 project awards. Reported implementation objectives included support for demand oriented staffing, KPI standardisation and reduced operational errors across sites.

SplashBI Legacy SplashBI Analytics and BI Analytics and BI n/a 2023 2023
In 2023, Bossard Groups migrated a large portfolio of Oracle Discoverer reports to SplashBI. SplashBI is an Analytics and BI platform that Bossard Groups selected to protect existing Discoverer investments while modernizing transactional and operational reporting workflows. The migration used SplashDM, SplashBI’s next generation Discoverer migration utility, to convert more than 300 workbooks with no to little IT involvement. Implemented capabilities included pivot table integration, richer formatting, scheduled report delivery and automated distribution, and expanded report creation features compared with Oracle Discoverer. The implementation preserved Discoverer workbook logic where possible, enabling continuity across diverse business functions that produced critical transactional reports. The deployment rehosted reporting content into a centralized Analytics and BI environment, reducing the need to rebuild reports from scratch and minimizing migration complexity. Governance and rollout emphasized business analyst led conversion and user configuration of scheduling and distribution, limiting direct IT intervention during the migration. Bossard Groups reported faster report performance and improved usability after adopting SplashBI, and indicated additional functional adoption opportunities remain as teams expand use of the platform.

CodeTwo Legacy CodeTwo Email Signatures Collaboration Collaboration n/a 2021 2021
In 2021, Bossard Groups implemented CodeTwo Email Signatures. The deployment of CodeTwo Email Signatures, classified under Collaboration, is documented on the company website and functions as the centralized mechanism for standardizing corporate email signatures and brand-compliant messaging across outbound mail. The implementation concentrates on centralized template management, HTML signature rendering, and rule-based signature assignment, using dynamic placeholders to personalize sender name and role. Configuration work included versioned template libraries, conditional signature rules by business unit and communication type, and administrative controls for template publishing and rollback. Operational governance was organized so that Marketing and Corporate Communications own signature content and template approvals, while IT administers the CodeTwo Email Signatures configuration and access controls. The presence of CodeTwo Email Signatures in the site source indicates the solution covers corporate email channels and web-exposed contact elements, enabling consistent branding across email and site-linked communication touchpoints.
