Odoo Legacy Odoo Recruitment Recruiting HCM DPHI 2013 2013
In 2013, Brainbox implemented Odoo Recruitment as part of a wider Odoo suite rollout to centralize HR and applicant workflows alongside invoicing, purchase, sales, leaves, email marketing, events and eCommerce. The deployment was delivered initially with partner Eezee-IT and is maintained operationally by Dphi, with the implementation anchored in Brainbox's Ciney, Belgium operations and supporting field staff and workshops across Wallonia. Odoo Recruitment was configured to operate within a unified Odoo platform, linking applicant tracking and job posting processes to the HR leave and employee records modules, enabling candidate profile continuity into staff onboarding. The Recruiting implementation leveraged standard category-aligned capabilities such as vacancy management, candidate pipelines, interview scheduling and record consolidation, with configuration focused on integrating recruitment data into the company HR and sales workflows. Integrations were explicit and pragmatic, Dphi adapted an off-the-shelf gateway between Odoo and HubSpot and deployed a module that imports website-generated quotes into Odoo, enabling end-to-end visibility from prospect to hire and from quotation to delivery. The Recruiting application sits alongside Odoo CRM, warehouse and webshop modules, providing sales representatives and advisers with mobile access to consolidated customer, order and personnel information, and enabling multi-address customer management that supports both sales and field deployment planning. Governance emphasized reuse of community modules before custom development, a strategy used by Dphi to reduce update friction and simplify maintenance. Brainbox reports operational outcomes from the integrated deployment, including improved control of business operations, faster internal information access, better cross-team communication and increased revenue without adding headcount, driven in part by the consolidated Odoo Recruitment and HR environment.
