| Procore Technologies, Inc. | Legacy | Procore Document Management | Document Management | Content Management | n/a | 2021 | 2021 | In 2021 Breakthrough implemented Procore Document Management to centralize project documentation and procurement records for its nonprofit construction support activities. The rollout occurred during the November 2021 to April 2022 tenure of a Purchasing Coordinator based in Denver Colorado, aligning the application with a small 20 person organizational footprint and day to day material coordination responsibilities. Procore Document Management was configured to support ProCore creation and document management workflows including purchase orders estimates invoicing and vendor record control. Functional capabilities implemented included lien waiver creation and management equipment ordering and tracking communications for diesel fuel DEF deliveries and first aid certification documentation, while procurement workflows captured price increase notices and negotiated bulk order requests for larger savings. Operational integrations were explicitly executed with QuickBooks for estimate purchase order and invoicing entry and with DocuSign to automate lien waiver execution and signature capture. Governance changes consolidated approvals and documentation handoffs between the Purchasing Coordinator and site superintendents, formalized purchase order creation per scope of work, and centralized document custody under Procore Document Management for procurement and project coordination. |
