In 2011 BridgeLux, Inc. implemented Oracle E-Business Suite R12 as its core ERP Financial system to consolidate financial operations across its distribution business. The deployment focused on financial modules GL, AP, AR, FA and CE and was scoped for the corporate finance organization with the sole functional consultant leading requirements capture and configuration activities.
The implementation included detailed mapping of business requirements and gap analysis, followed by configuration of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets and CE to match BridgeLux processes. Financial Statement Generator and Report Manager were designed and configured to provide drill down reporting, SLA rules were created to replace auto accounting in AR for freight, and Web ADI was used for bulk uploads of assets and GL data. Troubleshooting included execution of SQL queries to resolve configuration and transactional issues.
Integrations and end to end transaction flows were validated through system integration testing and user acceptance testing, covering Order Booking, Shipping in Order Management and interfacing to Accounts Receivable, including RMA transactions. Test cycles included CRP-1 transaction testing and completion of Order to Cash and Procure to Pay integration testing with business users.
Governance followed a structured cadence of meetings with users, the Chief Financial Manager and the client project lead, with an issue tracker maintained for financial modules. Issues captured in the tracker referenced EDR and Oracle Metalink SR numbers and were resolved either internally or by logging SRs with Oracle. Tax configuration work included setup of E-Business Tax for US Sales and Use Tax with self assessed non recoverable tax scenarios and VAT recoverable tax handling for Taiwan, plus configured exemptions as required by the client.

In 2008 BridgeLux, Inc. implemented ADP Payroll to manage its Payroll operations for a US distribution firm of roughly 200 employees and $80,000,000 in revenue. The deployment anchored semi monthly payroll processing and U.S. payroll compliance activities while supporting HR administration for subsidiary and representative office footprints in France, Switzerland, Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, and Malaysia. ADP Payroll was designated as the primary Payroll application for payroll processing and compliance tracking.
The implementation encompassed core payroll processing, monthly commission calculation and payout workflows, and state withholding, unemployment, and workers compensation registration. Benefits administration workstreams were configured to manage medical, dental, vision, life, and short and long term disability plans, 401(k) administration, open enrollment and online benefit administration, COBRA administration, and the rollout of an HSA benefit program. Compensation workflows were supported through detailed compensation analysis for non executive roles using external benchmarking sources such as Radford, executive compensation analysis and preparation of compensation committee materials, and assistance developing an annual bonus program.
Stock option administration and equity governance were modernized by launching the eProsper equity management web tool to automate option administration and maintain monthly cap tables for financial reporting. Operational governance included working with external agencies to stand up international benefit plans and managing HR agency relationships in multiple jurisdictions to ensure local compliance for foreign employee contracts and benefits. ADP Payroll remained central to payroll operations, with documented collaboration with ADP to resolve payroll issues and ongoing coordination between HR, finance, and compensation governance functions.
