Kinaxis Legacy Kinaxis Maestro (formerly known as RapidResponse)️ Supply Chain Management SCM n/a 2023 2023
In 2023, BRITA implemented Kinaxis Maestro, formerly known as RapidResponse, to introduce concurrent planning capabilities within its Supply Chain Management function. The deployment was scoped to provide end to end transparency across BRITA SEs supply chain, addressing pressures on demand planning and operations that accompanied recent company growth. The implementation centered on demand planning and scenario simulation modules, enabling planners to run multiple scenarios simultaneously and to model demand changes and market volatility. Kinaxis Maestro was configured to support concurrent planning workflows, scenario management, and order lifecycle visibility, giving planning teams flexibility to evaluate trade offs and prioritize responses in near real time. BRITA engaged 4flow to support the digitization effort and to align the Kinaxis Maestro deployment with BRITAs supply chain IT infrastructure and operational processes. The project emphasized integration of planning workflows with broader supply chain orchestration, targeting planners and supply chain management functions across BRITAs business segments and geographic reach. Governance changes focused on breaking down silos and accelerating decision making through a centralized concurrent planning platform, with planners and supply chain leadership using Kinaxis Maestro for coordinated scenario-driven planning. Reported outcomes included improved demand planning capabilities, faster and more accurate responses to demand changes, enhanced end to end visibility, and increased supply chain resiliency as articulated by BRITA and its implementation partner 4flow.
