Phenom Legacy Phenom Bot Recruiting Chatbot HCM n/a 2020 2020
In 2020 Bronson Healthcare deployed Phenom Bot as a Recruiting Chatbot to support talent acquisition for nursing across its hospital and clinic network. The deployment targeted candidate engagement for graduate nurse hiring and event-driven recruiting tied to virtual information and interview sessions promoted on public channels. The Phenom Bot implementation focused on conversational candidate screening, automated event registration, candidate routing to interview slots, and FAQ handling aligned to clinical hiring workflows. Phenom Bot was configured to capture interview interest for one on one nursing leader interviews, surface role-specific eligibility prompts, and guide candidates through next-step scheduling for virtual sessions. Operationally the Recruiting Chatbot was used to drive and manage registrations for a Bronson Graduate Nurse Information and Interview Session that ran via Zoom, and to handle inbound candidate questions originating from a public Facebook event and career site postings. The scope covered recruitment for four inpatient hospitals, 98 outpatient clinics, and clinical hiring across the system where more than 1,400 nursing professionals are employed, positioning the bot as a front-line engagement layer for graduate nurse outreach. Governance placed Phenom Bot within Talent Acquisition workflows, with handoffs to nursing leadership for interview execution and one on one interviews during virtual events. The implementation formalized candidate intake and routing procedures for event-centered recruiting, standardizing how initial screening and interview scheduling were managed during virtual Graduate Nurse recruiting campaigns.
