Operational scope covered front desk teams, reservations staff and revenue functions at the Henry Howard Hotel and subsequent U.S. properties in the portfolio. Governance and rollout followed a pilot then phased portfolio approach, with change control to standardize processes and preserve service consistency across sites. The rollout was intended to improve mobility, system reliability and guest service capabilities across Broughton's U.S. properties.
