AllianceHCM was provisioned with quick-service restaurant functional templates to align pay rules, scheduling, and labor reporting to restaurant operating rhythms. Integrations were a focal point of the deployment, AllianceHCM was integrated with point-of-sale systems and specifically configured to ingest employee data from NCR Back Office to reduce dual entry and improve personnel data accuracy. The AllianceHCM software suite automatically brings in personnel information and was set up to synchronize employee identifiers and labor information between POS, back office, and the HCM payroll module. Operational governance centralized payroll and HR processes under a restaurant operations model, standardizing hiring and workforce management procedures across Brumit’s Arby’s locations. Governance controls emphasized automated data ingestion and validation rules to streamline workforce management tasks and reduce manual data entry, supporting ongoing restaurant payroll and HR administration.
