In 2018 Bstore implemented Tanda Rostering and Attendance to consolidate Time and Attendance for its Perth based wholesale operation, company retail stores and administrative teams. The Tanda Rostering and Attendance deployment focused on rostering, employee time clock management, attendance capture and shift scheduling to support wholesale fulfilment, retail floor coverage and PA and admin support functions.
Configuration centered on standard Time and Attendance capabilities including roster creation, shift pattern definition, clock in and clock out capture, automated timesheet generation, leave and absence recording and approval workflows for managers. Payroll and labour reporting workflows were configured to export attendance and timesheet data for downstream processing in Excel, aligning with the existing executive reporting routines.
Operational coverage included wholesale buying and receiving teams, retail store staff and office administrators in Perth WA, with roster ownership handled by PA and admin support staff who generate regular reports for the Managing Director. The Tanda deployment ran alongside Retail Express for stock and sales reporting and continued use of Excel for company reporting, while Tanda served as the system of record for workforce scheduling and attendance capture.
Rollout began in November 2018 and the system has remained in production to the present, formalizing centralized roster administration and time clock discipline administered by office personnel. Governance emphasized routine report generation and alignment of attendance data with Bstores existing reporting cadence and payroll preparation processes.
