The Tanda deployment ran alongside Retail Express for stock and sales reporting and continued use of Excel for company reporting, while Tanda served as the system of record for workforce scheduling and attendance capture. Rollout began in November 2018 and the system has remained in production to the present, formalizing centralized roster administration and time clock discipline administered by office personnel. Governance emphasized routine report generation and alignment of attendance data with Bstores existing reporting cadence and payroll preparation processes.
