In 2012, BTPN Syariah implemented Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS to address Core HR requirements across the bank. The Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS deployment was positioned to manage core human resources functions with an emphasis on recruitment and workforce administration.
Configuration emphasized applicant tracking and candidate lifecycle management within Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS, capturing sourcing, screening, initial assessments, selection and offer workflows. The system also housed personnel records and talent pool data used by resourcing teams to record assessment outcomes and support campus and school engagement programs.
Operational scope included Marketing, Remedial, Funding and Operations functions, covering recruitment activity across Jabodetabek, Banten, Jawa Barat, Sulawesi and Sumatera. The implementation supported staffing efforts for approximately 400 branches and the 2700 mpp area, with HR teams inputting process results directly into the application and updating manpower fulfillment on a weekly cadence.
Governance and process changes formalized end-to-end recruitment procedures in the HRMS, including references checks, medical check-up coordination, remuneration and offer processing, and recruitment budgeting oversight. Reporting cadence established weekly and monthly recruitment reports to monitor team activity and performance.

The implementation was positioned to meet the technical and regulatory requirements of the Central Bank of Indonesia and the national financial services authority for entry into the first go live phase.
