The implementation supported staffing efforts for approximately 400 branches and the 2700 mpp area, with HR teams inputting process results directly into the application and updating manpower fulfillment on a weekly cadence. Governance and process changes formalized end-to-end recruitment procedures in the HRMS, including references checks, medical check-up coordination, remuneration and offer processing, and recruitment budgeting oversight. Reporting cadence established weekly and monthly recruitment reports to monitor team activity and performance.
