In 2015, Bulletproof 360 implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP as its ERP Financial platform to centralize finance and operational workflows. The implementation positioned Oracle NetSuite ERP at the core of accounting, treasury, financial reporting, and inventory control, supporting the companys retail and wholesale channels.
Configuration work focused on financial foundation and operational master data, including chart of accounts, item master and bill of materials, and the design of financial statements and reporting. Core transactional modules implemented included transfer orders, purchase orders, sales orders, inventory management and fulfillment, with system-wide development to support product releases and cost of goods sold control.
The NetSuite environment was integrated with a multi-channel commerce and fulfillment stack, including eCommerce platforms Shopify and Magento, wholesale EDI flows, Amazon FBA and Rakuten marketplaces, and retail store order flows. Third party logistics warehouses in the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom were integrated into NetSuite, and Celigo was used to connect Amazon, Square and Shopify while an interface was developed for NetSuite reporting. Payment gateway relationships were managed inside the NetSuite operational model, including Cybersource, Payment Tech, Square, Braintree and PayPal, and sales tax automation was handled via Avalara for US and Canada. Fraud prevention was implemented as part of the commerce configuration using Decision Manager and Kount.
Operational governance included ownership of payment processor relationships, management of sales tax automation, and creation of the item master with product managers and supply chain to ensure correct bill of materials and sync to warehouses and the website. Training and rollout activities targeted supply chain, wholesale, ecommerce, accounting and finance teams on use of transfer orders, purchase orders, sales orders, inventory management and fulfillment workflows. The deployment supported stated business objectives of scaling wholesale and supply chain operations, enabling vertical integration, and reducing COGS.
