In 2023, Burjeel Medical City implemented ZingHR HCM for Core HR to centralize HR and payroll operations across its Abu Dhabi and Saudi Arabia sites. The hospital group, with approximately 2853 employees, used ZingHR HCM to manage employee records, payroll reporting and HR case management for a payroll population exceeding 1900 employees.
ZingHR HCM was configured to support core modules including employee database and MIS reporting, recruitment workflows, payroll processing and offboarding automation. Functional workflows incorporated validation of attendance data such as punch in out events, leaves, compensatory offs and overtime, with payroll inputs provisioned to the finance team for downstream payroll execution.
The implementation included collaboration between HR, the internal HRIT team and product developers to enhance ZingHR HCM system performance and tailor reports and automations. Operational coverage extended to payroll operations, recruitment and exit formalities, and incorporated MOHRE compliance checkpoints through coordination with the PRO team to manage regulatory transactions.
Governance changes standardized HR administrative outputs by generating employment letters, certificates, increments, termination notices and disciplinary communications through ZingHR HCM, supporting adherence to company standards and regulatory policy.
