In 2010, CA Indosuez (Switzerland) implemented Azqore Integrated Information System S2i as its Core Banking platform, assigning the application to support core processing for mortgages, Treasury, Forex, interest rates and fiduciary investments. The Azqore Integrated Information System S2i deployment established a single platform for interest rate product processing and fiduciary account management within the bank's Swiss operations and extended support for a Treasury center in Singapore.
The implementation configured functional modules for mortgages, Treasury operations, Forex and rates management, and fiduciary investments. Specific capabilities implemented included support for negative rates across interest rate products including Loans Borrowings, IRS OIS, Repos Reverse Repos, Mortgages, Fiduciary Deposits and Accounts, an automatic refinancing flow, incorporation of cost of liquidity for loans borrowings, and management of construction loans. The project also included installation of a Treasury management tool Kondor+ and an interfacing layer between Kondor+ and S2i to enable treasury deal capture and position exchange.
Project governance relied on business analysis and project management practices covering collection and framing of customer needs, functional analysis, project monitoring, validation, testing, documentation and deployment. Operational rollout included communication, training and post go live support for users, plus participation in prospecting and migration projects to onboard new customers onto Azqore Integrated Information System S2i, with primary business function impact on Treasury, mortgage processing, Forex and fiduciary operations.

In 2010, CA Indosuez (Switzerland) implemented Finastra Misys FusionCapital Kondor as a Treasury Management application. The initiative was led by the Senior Manager Project Finance who coordinated finance teams across Switzerland, SNG, Hong Kong, Monaco, Luxembourg and Paris Indosuez, positioning the platform as the central treasury ledger, trade capture and valuation environment for the group.
The implementation delivered core functional modules including an ALM module and a title module integrated into the bank's internal management tool, alongside deployment of the Kondor+ tool for trade lifecycle and position management. Configuration work covered management and monitoring of accounting schemes for all sites on the platform, introduction of value date processing into the internal accounting tool, and an expense report management tool to support operational controls. Development activity produced bespoke reporting artifacts using BI extracts, Fire-script SQL, Excel and Access to supply regulatory, cash flow and liquidity monitoring outputs.
Operational integrations centered on linking Finastra Misys FusionCapital Kondor to the internal accounting application and the bank reporting stacks, enabling reporting workflows to support LIMF EMIR, Basel III interest rate, market and counterparty risk requirements, plus data preparation for IFRS9 and IFRS16 reporting. The deployment emphasized trade capture, valuation, accounting posting and cash flow monitoring within the Treasury Management domain, with Kondor acting as the valuation and execution engine and internal tools handling accounting and ALM analysis.
Governance was run centrally by the project finance lead who combined team management with ownership of local Swiss and European regulatory projects and ongoing monitoring of internal IT releases for the department. Training programs were delivered to client banks and internal users on valuation methodologies, product behavior and reporting, while operations maintained continuous development of specific reports and release surveillance across the covered sites.
