Operationally the implementation integrated functional owners in People and Culture, Payroll and Business Technology Services through regular HRIS user group forums and cross-functional engagement. Troubleshooting and escalation processes were defined to work with the vendor in collaboration with Business Technology Services, maintaining system quality and resolving issues that impacted payroll and HRIS user groups.
Governance responsibilities included organizing HRIS user group forums, establishing a schedule to monitor Workday feature releases, leading organisation change design, and providing systems insights and recommendations to functional users. The program also encompassed input into training program content, user manuals and guides, and active monitoring of Workday system adoption across HR and payroll functions.
