Functional activities included setting up general ledger structures, full module configuration for AR and AP, fixed assets configuration, AGIS setup and expense management via i-Expense, along with revenue recognition design in AR that included deferred revenue rule configuration. Fit gap analysis was performed for Oracle Payables, FA, GL, AGIS, CM and AR and detailed To Be design and module configuration documents were produced. Testing and data migration workstreams were executed through CRP1, CRP2 and CRP3 cycles, encompassing instance preparation, module level application testing, design validations and formal issue tracking leading to customer sign off. Data migration scope and functional specifications were created for BOM, routings, items, open purchase orders and supplier records, aligning data feeds to procure to pay and order to cash workflows. Program governance included business requirement and scope management documentation, fit gap documentation, module configuration documentation and testing artifacts to formalize finance process workflows across accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset accounting and cash management. The engagement role recorded was Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Analyst responsible for business user interaction, design creation, configuration, validation and preparation of deliverables.
