In 2017 CAMMS implemented Microsoft 365 as its primary Collaboration platform. The deployment is documented on the CAMMS website and was provisioned for the Australia-based professional services firm with approximately 450 employees.
The Microsoft 365 implementation consolidated core collaboration capabilities, including email, document management, intranet and team collaboration layers, with Microsoft 365 powering Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive and Office productivity apps as the functional surface for knowledge management and internal communication. Configuration work focused on content classification, SharePoint site architecture and Teams channel organization to support project delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
Architecture was delivered as a cloud-hosted Microsoft 365 tenant, leveraging Azure Active Directory for identity and access management and role-based access controls to govern user provisioning and authentication across the tenant. Governance elements included tenant-level policy settings, information protection controls and lifecycle processes for site and team creation to align collaboration tooling with corporate security and data handling practices.
Operationally the Microsoft 365 deployment supports business functions across CAMMS including program delivery, professional services collaboration, and corporate communications. The implementation approach emphasized centralized collaboration tooling and governance to standardize document sharing, meeting collaboration and knowledge retention across the organization.

In 2021 CAMMS implemented Sertifier to automate issuance, tracking, and sharing of digital certificates and badges for Camms.College. The deployment leveraged Sertifier within the Digital Signage category to manage credential workflows for the organization’s online training catalog, aligning the application directly with learning and development functions in Australia.
The implementation focused on Sertifier’s credential issuance, recipient delivery and tracking capabilities, with configuration of certificate and badge templates, verification links, and automated distribution workflows. These functional modules were used to operationalize standard credential lifecycle steps from post-course issuance to recipient access and public verification, consistent with Digital Signage credential management practices.
Operational coverage was scoped to Camms.College and the company’s L&D catalog, issuing credentials to course completers across Australia. The implementation linked Sertifier workflows to existing course completion processes and recipient communication channels to ensure credentials were delivered to learners and could be tracked through the Sertifier platform.
Governance and rollout were executed beginning in 2021, with Sertifier issuing approximately 1,600 digital credentials to about 491 recipients in under a year, improving credential management and visibility for Camms.College. Process changes centralized issuance and tracking under Sertifier, enabling a single system of record for certificates and badges within the company’s learning operations.
