The implementation integrated ADP PayForce with EMO, Employer Manager Online, for employer management workflows and with the Timezone time and attendance system for timesheet capture and timekeeping reconciliation, enabling timesheet data to feed payroll runs. Operational coverage intentionally spanned payroll and HR functions, with the payroll team owning onboarding, exits, payroll queries, and day to day payroll administration.
Governance relied on process driven onboarding and exiting procedures and an operational cadence tailored to the eight week summer period to handle peaks in hiring. The program maintained 2000 seasonal employees within a 12 week window and included responsibilities for Timezone setup, timesheet data entry, and timely response to payroll related queries.
