COINS Global Legacy COINS HCM Core HR HCM n/a 2019 2019
Campion Homes implemented COINS HCM in 2019, deploying Core HR functionality to centralize HR and payroll processes for the Dunfermline-based housebuilder. The implementation activity began toward the end of 2018 and continued into 2019, aligning HR and workforce management with construction and back-office operations. The roll out encompassed a broad set of COINS modules including Land, Procurement, Bill of Quantities, Subcontract Management, Construction, CVR, Plant Management, Financials, Payroll, House Sales CRM, Customer Care, COINS Mobile and Mobile Forms for Health and Safety. COINS HCM was configured alongside these modules to provide core HR and payroll processing within the wider COINS application suite. Configuration and functional alignment covered construction operations, estimating and procurement, plant and subcontract workflows, finance and payroll, sales and customer care, and site level health and safety via mobile forms. This positioned COINS HCM to support HR, payroll and workforce safety functions across Campion Homes business functions. Deployment followed a multi module rollout model with mobile forms instrumented for site data capture and plant management integrated into operational workflows. Governance emphasis was placed on cross functional configuration and staged user adoption across operations, finance and customer care during the 2019 implementation period.

COINS Global Legacy COINS ERP Construction ERP ERP Services and Operations n/a 2018 2019
In 2018, Campion Homes implemented COINS ERP to consolidate construction operations into a single source of truth and to support steady state growth. The deployment targeted Campion Homes core construction business in Scotland and aligns with the Construction ERP category by centralizing commercial, costing and financial processes into one platform. The COINS ERP implementation encompassed commercials, contract costing, finance and payroll modules, alongside COINS cashflow forecasting and the COINS Choices capability for customer options management. The solution was delivered using COINS SureStart sector configurations to standardize and automate homebuilder workflows, and the initial configuration prioritized commercials, finance and payroll to establish a single system of record for transactional and contract data. Architecture and integrations center on COINS Construction Cloud, which is built and hosted on Microsoft Azure and integrates with Microsoft 365, remaining compatible with SharePoint, Outlook and Teams to enable web based, remote access. Operational coverage includes surveying, commercial teams, finance and payroll with plans to extend adoption to construction managers and site teams via the COINS mobile application, and a formal go live date was set for 1 July 2019. Governance and process changes were enforced through a core delivery team led by executive management, non negotiable training attendance and restructured budgeting and contract costing workflows. Explicit outcomes reported include standardized data entry feeding a single source of truth, a paperless finance approach, ability to operate remotely during the March 2020 sector shutdown, and quantified time savings of over 600 hours per year on payroll processing and over 400 hours per year on subcontractor payment processing.

Microsoft Legacy Microsoft 365 Collaboration Collaboration n/a 2019 2019
In 2019, Campion Homes deployed Microsoft 365 to establish a centralized Collaboration platform across its organization. The implementation is visible on the company website and positions Microsoft 365 as the primary Collaboration solution supporting internal communication and document workflows. The Microsoft 365 deployment includes core collaboration and productivity components such as Exchange Online for email, SharePoint Online for document management, Microsoft Teams for meetings and chat, OneDrive for Business for personal file sync, and the Office client applications for authoring. Configuration patterns align with typical Collaboration implementations, emphasizing shared libraries, team sites, group mailboxes, and real time coauthoring workflows. Operational coverage is across corporate and field staff in the United Kingdom, with Microsoft 365 serving business functions for project coordination, office administration, and site communications. Public site references indicate Microsoft 365 assets are integrated into the digital presence, while internal tenancy implies centralized cloud hosting under a single Microsoft 365 tenant. Governance is implemented through centralized tenant administration and standard Collaboration governance constructs, including access controls, document retention and permission models, and role based provisioning consistent with Microsoft 365 best practices. Campion Homes Microsoft 365 Collaboration implementation reflects a consolidated approach to productivity and team collaboration for a mid market construction and real estate firm.
