In 2017, Commissionaires initiated an enterprise ERP transformation program that later implemented Criterion HCM as its Core HR application. The program targeted Human Resources Finance and Operations and formally selected new products in Q4 2018 as part of a consolidated technology roadmap for the organization. Criterion HCM was deployed as a SaaS Core HR system and configured to support core HR records alongside scheduling time and attendance and call centre dispatching capabilities. Implementation work included customization development and a full 14 month development lifecycle leading to a February 2020 production cutover. Solution integration was a defined project stream, with Criterion HCM integrated with Sage 300 Finance and CRM and with TrackTik as part of the broader ERP stack. Operational coverage extended to HR Finance and Operations teams and specifically encompassed a divisional contact centre and time and attendance management for the field security guard workforce across the province of Alberta. Governance and delivery disciplines included vendor selection procurement change management requirements management cybersecurity and customization oversight led by a Senior Program Project Manager. Board approval was obtained for product selections and the deployment went live in February 2020 on time on budget and on cost.

The implementation used TrackTik to centralize operational workflows in the divisional contact centre and to manage workforce scheduling and dispatch across the province of Alberta. New products were researched and selected in Q4 2018, with TrackTik selected alongside Sage 300 Finance and CRM and Criterion HCM, and project plans and cost estimates presented to the board. The program proceeded through a 14 month full development lifecycle and went live in February 2020 on time and on budget, executing integrations and solution integration work across HR, Finance and Operations modules. Governance and delivery emphasis included vendor selection, procurement, change management, process improvement, requirements management, cybersecurity and customization development. A Senior Program and Project Manager based in Calgary led the ERP technology transformation from 2018 to 2020, coordinating subprojects for Scheduling, Call Centre Dispatching and Time and Attendance within the Security Agency Management implementation.
