Integrations tied the DebtStream Micro Journeys application to the Codeware developed online booking platform and the branded driver and agent mobile apps used across the UAE, with explicit linkage to ticketing and fleet tracking modules present in the Codeware ecosystem. Codeware served as the implementation partner for the online booking and driver app integration, aligning operational data feeds such as ticket status and real time vehicle location to trigger micro journey events in DebtStream Micro Journeys. Operational scope included operations, customer service, and driver and agent workflows across Capital Express United Arab Emirates, and governance centered on cross functional configuration ownership between operations and customer experience teams. Rollout and change processes were coordinated with Codeware to align mobile app updates and booking system interfaces while enabling staged activation of micro journeys for defined routes and service classes.
