The team verified payroll processes and validated data in backend tables, and assessed complex Time and Labor contract rules for various unions to align time capture with payroll calculations. Governance artifacts produced included a Software Test Strategy, Software Test Plan and detailed Test Cases for PeopleSoft Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll and custom applications, along with quality review templates and knowledge transfer sessions for operational teams.
